Awara’s “First Time Customer Offer” promotion (the “ New Customer Offer”) is valid for one-time, first-time e-mail sign-up purchasers only. The Offer provides Three Hundred dollars ($300)(USD) off of your purchase of select Awara Sleep mattress styles, as well as one (1) bedding accessory bundle (in the corresponding size of the mattress product) included in the total value of your mattress purchase.
For Twin and Twin XL mattresses: One (1) pillow, one (1) mattress protector, and one (1) sheet set containing one (1) pillowcase, one (1) non-fitted sheet, and one (1) fitted sheet. Total value of Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars ($299) (USD).

Awara’s promotional offers vary from time to time and are valid for returning customers (“Offer”). The terms of the Offers shall be as described in the promotional materials. In addition to other incentives and discounts the Offer provides for the inclusion of a bedding accessories bundle (in the corresponding size of the mattress product) included in the total value of your mattress purchase.

Awara "2-5 Day Shipping" Promise Terms
Effective Date: October 15, 2022
Awara’s shipping time promise applies to most products sold at awarasleep.com except where otherwise indicated in the check out purchase process that inventory may be limited or longer ship times applicable. Where Awara is unable to meet the shipping dates provided at the date of purchase, the customer will be promptly notified via email of any such changed shipping times. Shipping time does not include order processing time. This shipping promise does not apply to inventory that is marked out of stock on order.
Awara's Shopper Experience Survey 2023 Giveaway Official Rules
Sponsored by Resident Home, LLC (d.b.a. “Awara Sleep”)
NO ENTRY FEE. NO PURCHASE OR OBLIGATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Giveaway begins on August 11, 2023 at 12:00:00AM EST and ends on September 11, 2023 at 11:59:59PM EST (the “Promotion Period”).
I. Eligibility: The Awara Sleep (“Awara”) Shopper Experience Survey 2023 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal U.S. residents, eighteen (18) or older. Employees of Awara and its parent company, subsidiaries, individuals providing services to Awara through an outsourcer or temporary employment agency during the Giveaway period, and their respective immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules & Regulations (“Official Rules”). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
II. Agreement to Rules: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO BE FULLY UNCONDITIONALLY BOUND BY THESE RULES, AND YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS SET FORTH IN SECTION 1 OF THESE RULES. IN ADDITION, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT THE DECISIONS OF AWARA AS FINAL AND BINDING AS IT RELATES TO THE CONTENT. THE GIVEAWAY IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS.
III. How To Enter: During the Promotion Period, you can enter the Giveaway by completing and submitting the Awara Shopper Experience Survey.
IV. Entry Limit: Limit one (1) Entry per e-mail account during the Promotion Period. You may not create multiple accounts using multiple identities to gain more than the entry.
Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. We are not responsible for Entries that we do not receive for any reason, or for Entries that we receive but are not decipherable for any reason. We will automatically disqualify: any incomplete or illegible Entry; and any Entries that we receive from you that are in excess of the entry limit and do not satisfy the requirements described above.
V. Prize Drawing: All valid Giveaway Entries meeting the requirements of these Official Rules will receive the prize described below.
VI. Prize and Odds: The prize to be awarded from the Giveaway are as follows:
A) One (1) Visa Gift Card, valued at Ten Dollars ($10.00)(USD).
The prize recipients will receive their prize via email. Prize recipients will be contacted by the Awara team upon submission of a completed Awara Shopper Experience Survey via the email account provided in the survey. Once prize recipients receive their prize, Awara is not responsible for, and will not replace, the prize in the event of loss, theft or any other damage.
The odds of receiving the prize is 100% for all Entrants that complete and submit the Awara Shopper Experience Survey. No cash or other substitution of the prize is permitted, except at the sole option of Awara for a prize of equal or greater value. Prize recipients are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to the prize.
VII. Notification of Prize Recipients: Prize recipients will be notified by direct message via e-mail immediately following the submission of a complete Awara Shopper Experience Survey. To collect the prize, the prize recipient may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and publicity/liability release. In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account used in the Awara Shopper Experience Survey. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
VIII. General Rules: By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. The Giveaway is offered by Awara, which is not responsible for (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or undeliverable Entries, responses, or other correspondence, whether by e-mail or postal mail or otherwise; (ii) unauthorized access to or alterations of Entries; or (iii) phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties.
By entering the Giveaway, you further agree to release, indemnify, defend and hold Awara and its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, employees, sponsors and agents, including advertising and promotion agencies, and assigns, and any other organizations related to the Giveaway, harmless, from any and all claims, injuries, damages, expenses or losses to person or property and/or liabilities of any nature that in any way arise from participation in this Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, (i) any condition caused by events beyond Awara’s control that may cause the Giveaway to be disrupted or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory, direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Giveaway; and (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Giveaway.
IN NO EVENT WILL AWARA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, DATA, BUSINESS OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY, WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES FROM ANY CLAIM BASED UPON CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, AND WHETHER OR NOT AWARA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSS OR DAMAGE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
IX. Additional Conditions: Except where prohibited, by participating in the Giveaway and/or receiving a prize, entrants consent to the use of his/her name, photo and/or likeness, biographical information, entry and statements attributed to entrants (if true) for advertising and promotional purposes, including without limitation, inclusion in Awara’s newsletters and Awara’s homepage at www.awarasleep.com, without additional compensation.
Awara reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Giveaway is compromised, without liability to the entrant. Awara reserves the right to disqualify any entrant, as determined by Awara, in its sole discretion. The decisions of Awara are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Giveaway.
X. Governing Law and Choice of Forum: These Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of California, excluding rules governing choice of laws. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Giveaway or these Official Rules must be brought in either the federal courts located in the Northern district of California or the state courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
XI. Personal Information: Awara may collect personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its Privacy Policy and as may be more specifically set forth in these Official Rules. Please review these Official Rules and Awara’s Privacy Policy at www.awarasleep.com/p/privacypolicy/. By participating in the Giveaway, entrants hereby agree to Awara’s collection and use of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Official Rules and Awara’s Privacy Policy.
